Orson Welles was quoted as saying that film making was "the biggest train set a boy ever had." Well The Great Mr. Welles left this world before the World Wide Web became a household phenomena. The opportunities presented by the Web far exceed anything Old Orson could have imagined... And he had quite an imagination! This little corner of the World Wide Web is the place I use as my Laboratory. It is a place where I conduct experiments in media, engineering, art and metaphysics. You are welcome to look over my shoulder by examining the links listed to the left. You will find they will be in various states of repair at any given time. Some active, some not. As I've indicated by the name of this page... This is an experiment. You will find these pages are kept, by and large, rather Spartan in their style and coding. This is because they exist to convey information in a manner that can be read by even the most basic browsers and augmentive technologies. Your comments on these experiments are welcome. Please indicate "Web Lab Comments" in the Subject Line to avoid getting swept away with the effluvia that permeates the Net. |
